I had an extremely frustrating experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and unkempt, with tobacco ashes on the lamp stand and an unpleasant odor lingering throughout. Additionally, it was alarming when the front desk staff was unprofessional, using foul language and providing unclear instructions regarding my room.

The check-in process was frustrating, taking 45 minutes after a late-night arrival due to a delayed flight. The front desk staff, though kind, seemed overwhelmed, which delayed assistance further. On the positive side, the proximity to my conference was convenient, and the availability of udon was a nice surprise. However, the room itself lacked some attention to detail that could enhance the overall comfort.

We loved staying here with our four babies! The proximity to local attractions like the Potawatomi Zoo made for easy family outings. Plus, having a kitchenette was super convenient for late-night snacks after a long day of fun. It really suited our needs.
